Quick Find Competitor List :

Susie Wheeldon | Susie Wheeldon - Stage 2-3

Hi hi hi sorry to miss writing yesterday = had to get half my feet removed and Phil came to help translate... which meant that he spent an hour chatting up the nurse while I lay there being hacked at and needing a wee for so long that they offered me a bed

Me oh my.

Anyhow = all is great, minus the toe hacking. I am now only winning in the tent in the most blisters competition but nevermind. Yesterday was evil with the biggest hill/sand dune known to man and today almost as bad. So thankful for my Parkour training as there is a load of getting from rock to rock and a lot of toll on the thighs. Which is all a lot more fun if you can leap about.

Back in camp tonight and everyone is wearing full on white suits with bandaged limbs which make them look slightly suspiciously like zombie/sex offenders. A bizarre sight in the desert = or in fact anywhere at all.

Anyhow = again out of time but so many thanks for my messages it is wonderful to get them. Loads and loads of love xx

Susie Wheeldon | Susie Wheeldon - Stage 1

Hi hi hi so... its quite warm... but other than 5 small blisters everything is fine. Well apart from the fact that this is a French keyboard and mightily complicated to use.

Anyhow = important things.... there is ALOT of indecent lycra about and the men have overcome and initial reticence and are now strolling around in their pants. / Though that is possibly more entertaining than enticing.

The other mightily amusing events have been a rather intriguing translation of the event sponsor list which resulted in us being told that the editor of Jogging International was running with us this year and the fact that I beat all 7 of the men in my tent = including Phil = in today. By half an hour

The race is on.

Anyhow out of time but a huge thank you thank you thank you to all of you who wrote. It is amazing to hear from you. Lots and lots of love... and to everyone else. But write to me§

Big hugs and hope all s well at home x
